Yes, the Homeowners Association will be managed by Neighborhood Management, Inc. The estimated HOA dues are $685 per year.
Estimated Tax Rate is $1.560 per $100 of appraised valuation. There is no MUD or PID.
There are three builders in The Homestead - Coventry Homes will build on 62-, 72-, and 100-foot lots, Drees Homes will build on 60- and 70-foot lots, and Shaddock Homes will build on 62-, 72-, and 100-foot lots.
The Homestead is within the Rockwall ISD school district. Kids will attend Sharon Shannon Elementary School, Maurine Cain Middle School, and Rockwall-Heath High School.
